Albooker connects clients with professional cleaners for residential and commercial cleaning.

Service scope, duration, and price are confirmed at booking based on the selected plan and property details.

We may refuse or cancel bookings that pose safety risks or violate these terms.

You must provide accurate address, access instructions, and contact details.

You are responsible for ensuring the cleaner can access the property at the scheduled time.

Please secure valuables and inform us about pets, alarms, or special requirements before the visit.

Prices are shown before checkout and may vary by plan, duration, and add-ons.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due via bank transfer according to the instructions provided at checkout.

Bookings may be held for the configured hold period until payment is confirmed.

You may reschedule or cancel according to the deadlines shown in your booking confirmation.

Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover cleaner allocation costs.

Albooker may cancel due to force majeure, safety concerns, or cleaner unavailability with reasonable notice.

If you are not satisfied with a clean, contact us within 24 hours with details and photos where possible.

We will arrange a re-clean or appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Albooker is not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed, or losses beyond the amount paid for the affected booking except where required by law.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not misuse the platform, harass staff or cleaners, or submit false bookings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Tirana unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
